What are some viral challenges you could take on right now? Or, if you are here after these challenges burn out, what are some viral challenges you can bring back to life?
1. The Git Up Challenge
Country rap singer and music producer Blanco Brown has a dancing challenge that is being taken on by tons of people. It’s the Git Up Challenge and you can find kids and adults alike are doing it all over social media.
Some people seem to be putting their own twist on it, but that’s part of creativity so I don’t see anything wrong with it! You do it however you want and have fun with it because that’s what it is – fun.
Following is his tutorial of the dance.
Here’s a super cute kid doing the challenge.
My 6 year old son showing everyone that having autism doesn’t define who he is. Dancing and smiling, living his best life. Make every day the best day 😃🧩 #autismrocks #liveyourbestlife #gitupchallenge pic.twitter.com/6CvNtMXqsO

2. Bottle Cap Challenge
As far as I can tell this challenge was first started by MMA fighter Max Holloway. If you know different, please leave a comment below.
You need some skills for this. Honestly, some people are not going to be able to do it.
The goal is to tap a bottle cap lightly enough to spin it without knocking over the bottle. Although, you will see a lot of people doing the challenge with a friend holding the bottle.
No matter which way you do this, if you can manage to spin the bottle cap, it’s going to be a great party trick!
3. Plastic Free July
Environmental challenges should always be viral. It would be nice if we could see an environmental challenge go popular on social media every month.
So yes, this is in July, but I think this challenge should be taken on in any month. I know that some people are challenging themselves to go plastic-free for a year.
If you want to do something good for the environment and feel really good about yourself, taking on the #PlasticFreeJuly challenge (just replace July with the month you are in) and see if you are able to go without plastic for a whole month.
Plastic free July starts today! Did you know that Humans have made 8.3bn tons of plastic since 1950?
Let’s put an end to this now! We want to know how you currently reduce your plastic waste – comment below and let us know your ideas. https://t.co/eq6Wbg6DPN #PlasticFreeJuly pic.twitter.com/fkg5palrb1
